Village was founded by Brandon Terry after his daughter, Payton, was diagnosed as an infant with a rare genetic condition and needed years of surgeries and early intervention.
Even with great clinicians, his family felt alone navigating disconnected care.
So he started Village to help both families and clinicians.
We’re here to back providers with one platform that makes coordination easier, reduces insurance friction, and helps families feel truly supported.

You get paid through Village on a predictable schedule with guaranteed payouts for insurance based sessions. Village also handles collecting payment from patients when relevant, so you are not chasing down invoices or reconciling payments.

Vera is the AI practice assistant built into Village. She handles back-office work like documentation, billing statements, benefits checks, and scheduling updates. Because she's already connected to your practice data, you can ask her to write a progress report, run a benefits check, or pull up patients who haven't been seen recently, and she takes action. Vera is HIPAA-compliant by design, so there's no need to scrub patient information the way you would with general AI tools.

Either. There are no minimum hours, you choose your availability and how full you want your schedule to be. It can be a flexible way to add supplemental income or a path to building a bigger independent caseload.

We do not accept virtual-only providers at this time. Village is built primarily to support in-person pediatric care, especially in-home and in-school services. That said, hybrid models that include virtual sessions may be a fit depending on your specialty and location.
