Village was founded by Brandon Terry after his daughter, Payton, was diagnosed as an infant with a rare genetic condition and needed years of surgeries and early intervention.
Even with great clinicians, his family felt alone navigating disconnected care.
So he started Village to help both families and clinicians.

It works well for practices delivering in-home, in-school, or hybrid care, and for teams looking to stay coordinated while scaling.

Vera is Village's built-in AI practice assistant. Unlike generic AI tools, Vera is already connected to your practice data and can take action on your behalf. It can write progress reports, generate and send billing statements, run benefits checks, surface insights across your team, and answer practice questions in plain language. Vera is HIPAA-compliant by design, so it's safe to use with patient information without scrubbing PHI or working around compliance.
Can I join Village as a virtual-only provider?
Can I join Village as a virtual-only provider?
We do not accept virtual-only providers at this time. Village is built primarily to support in-person pediatric care, especially in-home and in-school services. That said, hybrid models that include virtual sessions may be a fit depending on your specialty and location.
