We built Village for families like ours
Our daughter Payton was born with a rare genetic condition. Between surgeries, early therapies, and endless decisions, we quickly realized no one was going to coordinate her care — it was all on us.
Coordinating her care was overwhelming and financially draining. Like so many parents, we found ourselves stuck between two unacceptable choices: care that wasn’t enough, or care we couldn’t possibly afford.
As we connected with more families, it became clear this wasn’t the exception — it was the norm.
Village changes that by giving families access to high-quality, coordinated developmental care that is covered by insurance. We believe every child deserves the support they need to thrive and every family deserves a care system that helps them get there.
What our providers are saying
Village informed my treatment, let me connect with other care providers to get insider information I wouldn’t have had otherwise, and tailor my approach in minutes. It saved me the back-and-forth of emails and meetings and gave me a real-time snapshot of what’s happening at school. Village supports me as a clinician and ultimately, the children and families I work with.

As a pediatric occupational therapist, it means a lot to collaborate with The Village, a team that values family-centered care and understands the importance of early support.
Village has created an accessible and supportive environment for families and their commitment to holistic care and empowering parents really aligns with my philosophy. I’m grateful to be part of this community and excited to continue helping little ones thrive together.

What kinds of providers are you looking for this summer?
What kinds of providers are you looking for this summer?
Village is matching pediatric OTs, PTs, and SLPs with summer caseload, especially school-based and part-time providers whose schedules open up over the summer, plus practice owners looking to capture intensive demand for their teams. In-person care, particularly in-home and in-school, is the primary mode, with hybrid options available.
Can I join Village as a virtual-only provider?

We do not accept virtual-only providers at this time. Village is built primarily to support in-person pediatric care, especially in-home and in-school services. That said, hybrid models that include virtual sessions may be a fit depending on your specialty and location.
