Development comes first

We continuously ask: where is this child developmentally? What strengths can we build on? What skills naturally come next? This developmental lens creates treatment plans that are individualized and sustainable.

Families are essential partners

Caregiver coaching is central to every treatment plan. We help families develop practical strategies for meals, bedtime, play, and social outings—so progress extends naturally into everyday life.

Find better care

Behavior is communication

Every behavior tells us something about how a child is experiencing the world. Instead of focusing only on reducing behaviors, we work to understand why they’re happening while helping children develop independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in daily life.

The Village experience

1

We Listen

Every family’s story is different. We begin by learning about your child’s strengths, challenges, routines, interests, and your family’s goals.

2

We understand the whole child

Our assessment looks beyond behavior to understand communication, play, relationships, sensory experiences, emotional regulation, and developmental milestones.

3

We build a plan

Every recommendation is personalized. Together, we develop goals that reflect your child’s needs while fitting naturally into your family’s life.

4

We coach along the way

Progress happens between sessions—not just during them. We partner closely with caregivers so new skills carry into everyday life.

5

We measure what matters

We track outcomes that truly improve quality of life—communication, independence, emotional regulation, and meaningful participation in daily activities.

6

Collaboration

With Village, progress updates and goals are shared in one place so caregivers and providers stay connected.
